• Ross Kory

  Vice President(Consulting), Ascella Technologies

  Mr. Kory is a veteran of American Management Systems (AMS), which he joined in 1978 after receiving his MBA from The Wharton School. Ross was in charge of financial systems projects for the National Institutes of Health, the District of Columbia and the State of Delaware. Drawing on this expertise, he became a leader in AMS’s software product and services business for government and education. He was named AMS Vice President and the manager of the Government and Education Management Systems (GEMS) division in 1983. Since joining Ascella in 2002, Ross has led and participated on engagements with the Customs and Border Protection (CBP), SEC, Internal Revenue Service, CGI, Computer Sciences Corporation, Microsoft and SAP North America Public Sector.

• Durai Natarajan

  Project Manager - CGI / CGI Federal (Formerly AMS Inc.)

  Mr. Natarajan is a PMP-certified Information Technology Manager and Systems Architect with over 20 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of large business applications. Since 1993, he has worked at CGI (formerly American Management Systems) as a technical architect for the CGI Advantage ERP and the CGI Momentum. Since March 2010, he has been managing the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s implementation of Momentum Financial System. Previous to the NRC project, Durai led the customization and implementation of the financial system for the City of New York.

• Michael D. Titmus

  Managing Partner - MDT and Associates

  Mr. Titmus has over thirty years of leadership experience in increasingly responsible positions in public sector and commercial IT management. He has played a key role in developing his companies’ technology strategy and engineering capabilities. Prior to joining MDT and Associates, Michael worked for ACS Government Healthcare as CIO and Vice-President where he led the Technical Services organization that was responsible for software development, support, maintenance, and implementation for the ACS products. As a managing partner at MDT and Associates, Michael offers consulting services in technology strategy, technology assessments, quality and process improvements, and organizational transformations of large IT organizations.
