- Liaison with the Auditors and Government agencies on all activities related to accounts, finance and office administration of eJyothi
- Work directly with overseas clients, understand their requirements and build strong client relationship with frequent interactions
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
- Manage and measure the performance of the entire team against the predetermined standards
- Prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems or procedures and document it correctly
- Determine staffing requirements and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
