Methodology

eJyothi generally uses Agile and Scrum methodologies for its software development projects. Since eJyothi works remotely with clients, it does not have the luxury of co-located team and thus supplements Agile with the processes and guidelines provided by CMMI and PMBOK. Although there are apparent contradictions between various methodologies, we have found them to be complementary.
eJyothi was assessed at CMMI Level 2 in August 2009.
